The Jezabel’s headed to Cairns to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album Prisoner, I am sure I wasn’t the only one in the audience wondering how time moves by so fast.

Supported by local up and coming singer songwriter Amber Farnan and her brother Jake, these two are so great to catch every time they play live.

The Jezabels fronted by Hayley Mary, probably Australia’s most talented and entertaining lead singer brought their all from the first note.

There is no doubt this album has lost none of its raw power since it was released a decade ago and in fact it seems to have gained strength over that time.

The Jezabels live set was full on Alt rock power and a fantastic way to spend a Sunday night.

Given The Jezabels as a band have been on hiatus for a while it has me wondering if there is the possibility of new music heading our way some time soon.
